Buyers Beware, as veteran lodges theft, forgery complaint against land grabbing syndicate led by A. Jairam Reddy
Yadadri-Buwanagiri: Calling the criminal liability of the land grabbing syndicate members including SRIE Constructions and Developers and corrupt officials if the Gram Pancahyat, Mandal Pancyat Officer, District Panchayat Officer and the HMDA Offiail and fabricated revenue records, survey and registration documents and developed a dubious Layout in the name of Sowbhagya Heights by supressing the lawful facts of the ownership of lands.
They obtained a dubious Layout TLP No. 14/2023/H and RERA TS/RERA P02000006795 in the name of "Hill Top Villa Plots at Yadagiiri in Challur and Dattaipally near Yadagirigutta and selling to the innocent buyers of the plot from the back of the real owners..
Investigation by the Indian White Paper revealed that a chronic land grabbing syndicate members the director of SRIE Constructions and Developers used the forged documents as true is developing Layout Sowbhagya Heights and obtained dubious layout in TLP No. 14/2023/H and RERA TS/RERA P02000006795 in the name of "Hill Top Villa Plots in Challur and Dattaipally villages.
They suppressing the real facts while real land ownes having moved against the vendors of .SRIE Constructions and Developers in Injunction suits in OS No. 194 of 2017 and OS No.189 of 2018 and the land grabbing syndicate members since have no interest in these lands staged their absence from the Civil Court proceedings and the Court passed ex-parte orders against them,
These documents fabricated, dubious survey conduted without notice to the original land lords and despite their formal objections lodged with HMDA and other civic authorities.
There are a couple of such dubious layouts existing in and around Yadadri. It has become quick money making process by thr dubious colonisers. Tey are obtaining illegal layouts by suppressing joint ownership in each Survey Number in Challur Village, Rajapet Mandal Yadadri - Bhuvanagiri District.
Further investigation revealed that a veteran and senior citizen M.A Mujeeb, a resident of Madhurnagar, near Malkajgiri Court Medchal-Malkajgiri district and his wife Smt Atiya Sultana are the pattedats and possessors and possessors of the agricultural lands in Sy 211A, 211E, 212, 322/4, 491 (Mujeeb owns lands to an extent 29-08).
Smt Atiya Sultana owns Sy No 211/A and 322/4 to an extent of Ac 24-03 Gts situated in Challur village. Rajapet Mandal Bubvanagiri-Yadadri Dist by virtue of being Ist buyers from the then original Pattedars and possessors. Investigation revealed that Mr & Mrs Mujeeb possess Pattadar Pass Books issued by the Government of Telangana represented by their Tehsildar Rajapet Mandal, Yadadri-Buvanagairi district..
It may be recalled that due to interference in their lands by referred land grabbing syndicate members in 2018. They reported the matter to the Rajapet Police in 2018 and the police advised teh to get their grievances redressal by the Civil Court as the matter is civil in nature.
Investigation by IWP urther revealed that accordingly they jointly moved an an injunction Suit in OS No. 194 of 2017 against the land grabbing syndicate members A. Jairam Reddy and 8 other syndicate members before Junior Civil Judge Court at Alair same is transferred to Yadagirigutta and renumbered the records read.
All the defendants naly Md Younus of Moula Ali, Mudiraj of Dattaya Pali. K. Skylab Reddy of Rampally Dayara, A Jairam Reddy of Vayupuri, Gangu Tituputhi Reddy of Challuru village, M/s Salvo Explosives & Chemicals Pvt Ltd & M/s R.R. Energities Ltd Rep by its Director, Shamsunder Reddy and Life Shine Medical Services Pvt Ltd are declared as set ex-parte by the Hon'ble Court. The case is being delayed for disposal for want of Junior Civil Judge posting for last six months.
While the matter subjudice before the Hon'ble Court all the defendants except D-6/Late Smt Vijya Laxmi the said land grabbing syndicate members lead by Jayaram Reddy fabricated documents on Mujeeb's and wife's land
The land grabbing syndicate members not only committed theft of hundreds of loads of red soil-mud, Kankar and stones used in the dubious layout.
They also stole trees and deliberately threatened dire consequences to restrain original owners. Earlier on 25-10-2024 they trespassed into their lands and Mujeeb's manager Gangu Papi Reddy of Sallur lodged a criminal complaint against them.
They again trespassed on 2nd December 2024 and land grabbing syndicate members were driven away by the neighbours. The land grabbing syndicate wants to make easy money by abusing the bottlenecks in law through corrupt officials.
They are using forged documents to mislead them as true, committing a series of crimes. They are threatening the surveyor at the instance of Jairam Reddy.
However police and revenue officers warned the land grabbing syndicate and restrained them grabbing
Finally the criminal case file is held by the Rachakonda Police Commissioner as the complaint lodged by the veteran MA Mujeeb against the land grabbing syndicate members and victims are awaiting to book them. Wait and see what happens next.
