Hyderabad  The Freedom Party (FP)’s National  Working Committee Chairman MA Mujeeb on Sunday criticized the Modi government, alleging that its "retrograde policies" have eroded investor confidence and transformed the ease of doing business into an "unease of doing business."

The Freedom Party senior leader lambasted Narendra Modi’s unjust and unethical governance of reducing the Muslims participation in the Executive, Legislature and the Higher Judiciary. Minorities' due participation in these three wings of the States’ crucial organisations has resulted in Muslim minorities ire and Freedom Party demands  20 percent of public employment-representation by all the sections of the minorities.

Mujeeeb said minorities. SCs, STs, OBCs are paying considerable taxes and they deserve public employment in proportion to their and he called for “Non Cooperation Moment” by the minorities. It is unfortunate that 1 per cent of Brahymin population represented by 90% of Judges in higher Judiciary senior leader of the Freedom Party M.A. Mujeeeb said.

Mujeeb expressed factual concern against the killing of lakhs of cows by the Beef Exporters snd demanded for immediate closer of all Non Muslim owned Beef Exporters Companies namely Al Kabeer, allanasons Private Limited, Al-hamd Food Products Pvt Ltd, Mirha Exports Pvt Ltd, MK Overseas Pvt Ltd, HMA Agro Industries PVT Ltd., Al-Dua Food Processing Pvt. Ltd, Amroon Foods Pvt Ltd, ALM Industries Pvt. Ltd, Rustam Foods Pvt. Ltd, AL Faheem Meatex Pvt. Ltd.

Ahead of the Union Budget, the opposition party called for urgent measures to eliminate "raid raj" and "tax terrorism, Adarma Raj, Hidden policy to harass minorities to restrain them from earning their basic needs" Mujeeb reminded PM Narendra Modi’s prime duties. Mujeeb also urged the government to protect Indian manufacturing jobs and implement policies to boost wages and purchasing power.

Freedom Party (FP)’s National  Working Committee Chairman cum General Secretary MA Mujeeb in charge of communications, accused the government of failing to deliver on its promise to improve the ease of doing business. Instead, he claimed, private investment has plummeted to record lows, and more than 5 Lakh business persons other than Gujraties have migrated abroad in the past decade, it is a very serious concern of the nation Mujeeb added..

"A byzantine, punitive, and arbitrary tax regime covering both GST and income tax – amounting to sheer tax terrorism – is now the greatest threat to India's prosperity and has contributed to an 'unease of doing business'," Mujeeb said in a statement.

Hame Chahiye Azadi (We want Freedom) Freedom Party senior leader Mujeeb said that people are worried over inflation, unemployment and of the basic needs but Modi govt is busy diverting attention and in serving Gujaraties only.

Mujeeb highlighted that private domestic investment, which accounted for 25-30% of GDP during Manmohan Singh's tenure, has dropped to 20-25% under the Modi government.

Besides that PM Narendra Modi and Team Modi are putting spokes in the bank transactions of the minorities educational institution particularly Madresas and  threatening them to comply with the inconsistent Darpan as per NITI Ayog)s) directive and share educational societies and Madresas to register under DARPAN ID under PML rules by Non Profit Organisations

To convert India from Welfare State to Adarma’s Manusmriti State PM Narendra Modi has by abuse of the polity and to encroach upon the Constitutional Offices such as ECI, NSA, IT, ED,  IT, UPSC, UHGC, CBI,  RBI etc.,by the those public servants having lesser allegiance to the State but faithful to RSS and pro-Manusmriti ideology to twist the circumstances in favour of RSS , Mujeeb alleged.

"This sluggish investment has coincided with a mass exodus of high-net-worth individuals. Over 17.5 lakh Indians have acquired citizenship in other countries in the last decade," Mujeeb claimed.

Mujeeb also cited data showing that 21,300 dollar millionaires left India between 2022 and 2025, demanding a White Paper on the matter.. Freedom Party attributed the current economic challenges to three key factors:

1. Complicated GST Structure: Mujeeb criticized the GST regime, which he said includes over 100 different tax rates, making it overly complex. He cited former Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramanian, who described GST as anything but the "Good and Simple Tax" it was meant to be. GST evasion has reportedly soared to Rs. 2.01 lakh crore in FY24, nearly double the Rs. 1.01 lakh crore in FY23.

2. Unabated Chinese Imports: Despite government claims to the contrary, Mujeeb, a Public Administration student alleged that Chinese imports have continued to surge, resulting in a record trade deficit of $85 billion in 2023-24. He argued that this has hurt Indian manufacturing, particularly in labor-intensive sectors.

3. Weak Consumption and Stagnant Wages: Mujeeeb a former National Secretary of Janata Dal pointed to stagnant wages and weak consumption growth as major concerns. He highlighted Ministry of Agriculture data showing that real wages for agricultural labor grew by 6.8% annually under the UPA but declined by 1.3% annually under the Modi government. He further cited the Periodic Labour Force Survey, which found average real earnings stagnated across all types of workers between 2017 and 2022.

"These retrograde policies have broken the confidence of investors in India," Mujeeb said. He called on the government to address these issues in the upcoming budget, emphasizing the need to eliminate "raid raj and tax terrorism," protect Indian manufacturing jobs, and increase wages and purchasing power to stimulate private investment.

The Freedom Prty senior leader stated, "The 2025/26 Union Budget will be presented thirteen days from today. Here is FREEDOM PARTY’s statement on how the Modi government has converted the ease of doing business to unease in doing business – thereby depressing private investment sentiment. Radical action is necessary to fix the damage." Mujeeb added
