RSS, PM Narendra Modi need to answer Christian & Muslim minorities
Nation demands from the Narendra Modi government about a large frustration of minorities especially Christian community, including why the FCRA had been 'weaponised' and the people of Manipur "ignored"
It is also necessary to corner the church on the issue, days after Prime Minister Modi attended a Christmas celebration hosted by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI) in Delhi.
On the other hand the TMC MO O'Brien in his blog (post) on Friday, said voices were coming up from the Christian community that should be raised to the Union government.
Indeed these are the hard questions that must be asked of the prime minister of India, Narendra Modi. Many Christmases have gone by, now answers have to be demanded.
It is to be asked initially as to why did PM Modi attempt to turn Christmas Day into 'Good Governance Day'? As to why is he weaponising the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) to specifically target institutions run by the Christian community?
There is a hidden agenda to be implemented by the right wing Governments against Christian and Muslim minorities across India.
The crucial qu)stion to be asked to the PM as to why he (Prime Minister Narendra Modi ) totally ignored the largely Christian populated Manipur State? Why is PM Narendra Modi encouraging and passing anti-conversion laws that violate fundamental rights under Article(s) 14, 15 and 25 of the Constitution?
The Governments of Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan". Even in Odisha the right wing cadre tightened those with ropes and beaten those who converted into Christianity and forced them to utter Jai Sri Ram instead of Jesus.
Why was the government pushing the Waqf bill and 'playing minority versus minority', especially in Kerala and other States where Muslim and Christian minorities are in a considerable population.
Why don't PM Narendra Modi ever say a word condemning hate speeches and crude communal slurs? Attacks on institutions run by minorities were on the rise in BJP Ruling States and why incidents of violence against Muslim and Christians were increasing.
Why did India's National Human Rights Commission lose its United Nations accreditation twice since 2014? Does PM Narendra Modi remember under what circumstances Father Stan Swamy, Sipper, Straw died. Nation wants to know about these hidden agendas of BJP and also from its horse mouth, the RSS.
While Swamy, an 84-year-old tribal rights activist and Jesuit priest, died in custody in July 2021 from cardiac arrest after contracting COVID-19. The Government never bothered to save him.
Was it justified and necessary to arrest him in October 2020 under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) with stage managed, unfounded, manipulated and irrelevant charges. He spent eight months sleepless nights in a Mumbai prison. Mother India wants to know how her child succumbed to the anti minorities atrocities agenda of the BJP and by the State Actors. However he was denied bail on medical grounds several times, because the State mislead the Judiciary, the trail Court.
In the last two decades the national public life has been either suppressed or never been based on factual truth. But never one in the church in India, because most of the fathers and Mullahs among muslim and Christians are busy for their respective survival for basic needs of their respective Church or Masjid administration. It needs to be written on the walls. More silence on the subject would make me complicit rather tends to lead towards the acceleration of "Adharma Raj - Jungle Rule "
Modi had dramatically attended a celebration hosted by the CBCI in the national capital ahead of Christmas. PM Narendra Modi always demonstrated as Hindus PM but never as 25 percent Minorities Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Jains, Buddist, Parsis and the non Hindu Shudra Moolavasies among OBCs, SCs, and ST communities.
Earlier in December, several Christian MPs, in a meeting with the organisation, had raised concerns over the state of affairs concerning minorities.
Several issues were raised by the Christian MPs at the meeting called by the CBCI, during which they urged the church body to 'stop photo-ops'.
The Christian, Muslim and secular minded intellectuals among OBCs, SCs, STs leadership should take a stand to call out those who are not being protected by the Constitution.
Meanwhile, Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh tried to cover up the maladministration of Manipur State While the Manipur CM however apologised for ethnic conflict which claimed more than 250 lives and rendered thousands homeless and appealed to all communities to forget and forgive past mistakes.
He appealed to start afresh, past is past, we should sit together and bring a permanent solution. Priority should be the restoration of peace, But the Opposition Congress asks why PM Modi can't do the same. What an unfortunate fate of Indian polity on caste and hate cards !
