WARANGAL: VADUPSA Warangal district president Adepu Shyam stated that teachers need proper training to deliver improved learning outcomes and effectively use modern technology in classrooms.
A teacher training programme was conducted on Saturday at Deshaipet in Warangal under the supervision of the VADUPSA district committee.
The programme was chaired by Adepu Shyam. State-level subject resource persons and experts provided separate subject-wise training to primary and high school teachers.
Special Training for Primary Teachers Teachers handling Classes 1 to 5 were given focused training on enhancing students’ learning abilities.
Experts explained methods to improve teaching skills, use AI technology effectively in classrooms, and develop students’ communication skills through modern tools.
Subject-wise Training for Classes 6 to 10 Teachers of Classes 6 to 10 received training in Telugu, Hindi, English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, and Social Science.
Experts explained how to teach subjects in a simple and understandable manner, prepare lesson plans based on NCERT and SCERT blueprints, and align teaching practices with these frameworks using technology.
They also advised teachers to use modern tools, especially AI-based educational resources, responsibly to enhance students’ creativity, communication skills, and learning abilities.
