Nandyal: Nandyal District Collector G. Raja Kumari on Monday instructed officials across all departments to ensure meticulous planning and seamless coordination for the proposed visit of the Chief Minister, emphasizing that there should be zero room for lapses.

Reviewing preparedness with district officials at the PGRS Hall in the Collectorate following the public grievance program, she stated that every department must complete its assigned responsibilities well in advance.
The Collector ordered that all data and briefing material to be presented before the Chief Minister must be accurate and comprehensive.
She explicitly directed officials to scrutinize every brief to rectify any drafting or typographical errors.
“Statistics and beneficiary data regarding flagship welfare initiatives, including Talliki Vandanam, Bangaru Kutumbam, social security pensions, housing, and Self-Help Groups (SHGs), must be thoroughly verified,” she stated.
Raja Kumari further directed departments to present measurable achievements backed by precise numerical data rather than vague descriptions. She demanded updated, cross-checked figures on millet cultivation, chilli production, food processing units, and employment generated through MSMEs.
Additionally, structured datasets regarding the district’s Gross Value Added (GVA) targets, smart water monitoring, and tourism must be compiled cleanly.
Reiterating that the success of the high-profile visit relies entirely on unified execution, the Collector urged the administrative machinery to work with the utmost diligence and professionalism to deliver error-free submissions ahead of the deadline.
