Hyderabad : Advertising agencies and media publishers in Telangana appeal to the state government and Finance Minister to clear long-pending dues and resolve unexplained token rejections.
FM must look into payments stuck despite release of budget. This is a humble request to the state government once again on behalf of advertising agencies and publishers, please save us all!
Normally, once the budget for these payments is released from the government, the next process will start at the local Pay Office Hyderabad for tokens generated a long time back and sent to the finance office for the payment.
Nowadays they are saying that token numbers have “lapsed”/”rejected” from the government. One thing we are not able to understand is how the budget released is used and how tokens can be rejected without clearing the payments.
Whenever the budgets come and token numbers are released, the payments should happen immediately because already budget is available.
It is strange why there are unexplained delays in the finance office and what could be the reason for that. This is the problem we all are facing right now.
We humbly request the Finance Minister to look into the matter very seriously and clear payments to advertising agencies and publications as soon as possible.
