Freedom Party urges Telangana to issue residence certificates during SIR

HYDERABAD: Amid the ongoing SIR process, The  Freedom Party National Chairman and advocate MA Mujeeb urged the Telangana government to issue citizens Permanent Residence Certificates (PRCs) like done by the popular  Karnataka State Government.

The citizens are being issued PRCs to protect their very interest in democratic.  The non issue of PRCs  to eligible citizens will prejudice to the subjects and it is emphasis made absolute in the BJP and de facto RSS Governments and as BJP Government believe in  running  their manuwadi government based on their believing Manusmriti Constitution .

Mujeeb said it is the duty of the democratic Telangana Congress Home Minister A, Revanth Reddy who is also the  Chief Minister of the State to see that no voter is prejudiced due to non availability of his vote or his or her relevant documents.

As the States of Maharashtra, Bihar, Assam, West Bengal, Kerala,, Tamil Nadu etc.,  experienced BJP and RSS deliberate irregularities in updating democratic voter lists have encroached the Governance of  the respective States.

Mujeeb said that the voter's Identity cards play a very crucial role in the participative democracy in the Local Government, the State Government and the Union Government to strengthen the mandate to be decided on the natural and electoral laws.

As the subjects are supreme in election of democratic governance of the Local Government, the State and the Union Government, the Chairman of the Freedom Party Mujeeb said there is the “Telangana State authentic databases of the State" in various State data namely the Samagra Kutumba Survey, Socio Economic & Caste Survey of 2024 & 2025, Bhu-Bharati Act 2025 can not be ignored Mujeeb added.

Mujeeb said the implementation of the non democratic principles are opposed by the Moolavsies BJP,  The non democratic BJP / RSS and Manuwad Governance are based on Manusmrithi Constituruin  which opposes the true democratic rights by the Moolavivasy Sudras namely the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward  Classes (OBCs), moolavasy Minorities demanded the issuing of citizens Permanent Residence Certificates (PRCs).

It is has become habit of  running its governance by the manipulating democratic principles by the BJP ruling  States and the abuse of the mandate through shorts cuts and the EVM and to delimit opposition votes  is opposed by the Freedom Party, Mujeeb added
