TG should cancel land allotted to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan for deceiving State
Though Government allotted hundreds of acres of Government land worth of hundred of crores of land free of cost to profit making corporate educational institution such as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan at Sainikpuri, Secunderabad for admission of 1/3 intaken from the poor and the underprivileged societies while the Bhavs is collecting hefty fees (about a lakh so ) from the very poor, not rendering any educational services free of cost.
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is collecting about Rs. 80,000 /- from each of the students admitted to Nursery /LKG / UKG that amount is non refundable at the time of his transfer but the amount is retained until he completes his graduation or post graduation, said SC Leader to IWP.
The lands was acquired by Bharateeya Vidya Bhavan by utter abuse of the State powers when the Union Cabinet Secretary was Munshi but not even a single underprivileged student got the benefits from the State under fundamental right for Education of children of the 6 years and 14 years to get free education under the article 21A of the Constitution of India
The fraudulent secretary of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan at Sainikpuri, Secunderabad Air Commodore (retd) Sastri or his Bhavans, is making billions of rupees each year from the poor and the underprivileged parents.
Telangana State should punish the present Secretary and Vice Chairman Air Commodore Sastry for commission of offence of perjury who sworn in a false affidavit in PIL deliberately and wantonly misled the High Court of Telangana. In fact Bhavan is collecting a donation of Rs. 80,000/- plus from each student from Nursery section and that amount is abused by retaining bhavans after completion of POst Graduation.
Infact the dozens of acres of prime land worth of hundreds of crores allocated to Bharateeya Vidya Bhavan in Malkajgiri village within urban agglomeration of Hyderabad and in Secunderabad in Sainikpuri area free of cost a loss of 1000 crore of rupees credited to Bombay head office through dubious manner that a great loss to the public exchequer said Ramakanth Maadiga, All India Dalit Federation President.
While OBCs National President Vishnu Wardan asked the TG Government what is the role of Bhavan in promoting education for poor children, I have not heard not even a single student has ben admitted to Bharatiya Bhavan Ramakrishna Vidyalaya School from ever since it inception. It is necessary to resume the ownership of land by taking over after cancellation of the Government Order, Vishnu Wardan added.
Telangana Government should also cancel 2 acres of that was allocated for the medical treatment to SCs, SCs, OBCs Societies, whereas the prime land being used for profit making corporate Hospital Sarada Devi Hospital situated at Sainikpuri, Secunderabad.
Freedom Party National Chairman MA Mujeeb demands the Telangana Govt should start its own exclusive Children and Maternity Hospital (Government Hospital) on its own land in Sy No.278 Malkajgiri village and Mandal, Secunderabad after cancellation erroneously made in favour of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (Sharada Devi Hospital).
