Minorites oppose compulsory singing of 'Vande Mataram', while "Original Guss-paities' restrain them from celebrating national festival

Mujeeb a veteran said, in doing so Manuwadies (RSS and BJP who are the early Guss-paities (trespassers the non mulavasies) into India from the European nations who do not want peaceful nation and only continue to steal the political- economical and social rights of Dalit, OBC and Minority moloavasies rights by evading to follow the Constitution of India in letter and spirit but implementing the Manusmriti (Original Guss-paities Constitution) from the backdoors.

Mujeeb "Reminded original Guss-Paities, the RSS and BJP that their no forefathers but the Dalit and OBC Minority Moolavasy given their unaccounted blood for the existence of present independent India. He alleges that for the purpose of stealing political-socio-economic rights  a  conspiracy and abusing the Dalits, OBCs and minorities by grabbed 97 percent of seats of the Dalits, OBCs and Minorities in the executive, legislature and judiciary across the nation is being done, he demanded for  the implementation of public policy in proportion to their respective population, is the need of hour" he added. 

It is due to a couple of opportunistic and salable leaders of Dalit, OBC and minority communities the entire communities are suffering. For example the RSS and BJP succeeded in using AIMIM leader Assadoddin Owaisi  to ensure division of Muslim-Hindu vote as 20:80 from 2014 till date. Similarly there are such leaders in the Dalit and OBC Society who compromise for consideration, a former Janata Dal leader said.

The Muslims bodies and Nagaland and other Baptist Church Councils oppose any directive making 'Vande Mataram' singing compulsory, particularly for Christians. The council asserts that patriotism cannot be measured by forced conformity and respects India's national symbols and constitutional values.

They emphasise India's constitutional framework of liberty, equality, pluralism, and freedom of conscience. The church body urges state and public institutions to exercise restraint and sensitivity when national symbols carry different meanings for communities.

They advocate for dialogue, mutual understanding, accommodation, and respect for conscientious objection. A council of churches in Nagaland would oppose any directive or practice that seeks to make the singing of 'Vande Mataram' compulsory, particularly for those belonging to the Christian community, asserting that "patriotism must never be reduced to compulsory conformity".

In a statement, Nagaland Baptist Church Council general secretary Rev Dr Mar Pongener and secretary for social concern Dr Villo Naleo on Thursday said it fully respects India's national symbols, patriotic sentiments and constitutional values.

However, the minorities maintained that matters involving faith, religious conviction, conscience and identity require sensitivity and respect, and the RSS and BJP who divided the nation for megre political political survival have no business to restrain minorities from celebrating their national festival Independence Day by imposition compulsory restriction of singing of all the stanzas of vande mataram which against the national interest, Mujeeb added

Upholding Constitutional Values And Diversity is necessary in the larger interest of the nation, he added. The minorities bodie are concerned to India's constitutional framework is founded on liberty, equality, pluralism and freedom of conscience, arguing that national unity should not be equated with uniformity, Mujeeb added

"The patriotism must never be reduced to compulsory conformity, the minority bodies are emphasizing that a citizen's love for the nation cannot be measured solely by participation in a prescribed patriotic expression and it is a conspiracy against the nation", Mujeeb added.

He also " Stressed that India's diversity of faiths, cultures, languages, traditions and convictions is a defining feature of the country, and urged the State and public institutions to exercise restraint and sensitivity when national symbols or practices carry different meanings for different communities while emphasizing minorities to practice against their faith tend to prejudice their faiths" he added.

Mujeeb called for dialogue And Sensitivity as the largest minorities appeal to all stakeholders to remain peaceful and cautioned against hostility, intimidation, confrontation and actions that could deepen social or communal divisions.

This coercion may result in "outward compliance "but cannot create genuine loyalty, conviction or a sense of belonging to the nation, which is very dangerous" he added .

Mujeeb said "These minorities are calling for dialogue, mutual understanding, accommodation and respect for conscientious objection".

"The minority bodies appeal to the government and its authorities, educational institutions, student organizations, madrasas, Masjids, churches, civil society groups and the wider public to approach the issue with wisdom, restraint and constitutional sensitivity" national chairman of the Freedom Party Mujeeb said.

In a first for Independence Day celebrations, 'Vande Mataram' was rendered at the Red Fort complex in New Delhi during the national independence 80th anniversary of the historic occasion on August 15, followed by the recitation of the National Anthem at the grand event, while national First two stanzas of Vandey Mataram but entire vande mataram will unite India by compulsion. He demanded the removal of the entire vande mataram or to sing two stanzas of Vande Mataram which are not controversial in nature as it would jeopardize national unity", Mujeeb national chairman of Freedom Party added.

"The mega function of national commemorated 150 years of the enduring legacy of the National Song, is arbitrary singing of all the stanzas of Vande Mataram, and celebrate the energy, aspirations and pivotal contribution of 'Yuva Shakti' in driving India's journey is against Viksit Bharat by 2047 and complete singing of entire Vande Mataram needs a review, the Freedom Party's National Chairman MA Mujeeb appealed the nation.
