Anantapur Urban MLA Daggupati Prasad urged citizens to follow the path of peace, universal brotherhood, and mutual cooperation shown by him.
The MLA made these remarks while participating in special prayers at several prominent dargahs across Anantapur city on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi.
He first visited the Dargah of Sayyada Masuma Bibi Saheba and Saran Bibi Saheba on Bangaru Veedhi in Pathuru, where local Muslim community leaders extended a grand ceremonial welcome.
After offering prayers at the shrine, MLA Daggupati proceeded to the historic Asar Dargah on Asar Street, where he participated in special religious observances and viewed the holy hair relic of Prophet Muhammad.
Extending his warm greetings to the Muslim community on the Prophet’s birth anniversary, MLA Daggupati highlighted that the core principles preached by Prophet Muhammad—humanity, compassion, and peaceful coexistence—remain vital for building a harmonious society.
He urged everyone to integrate these values into their daily lives to ensure communal unity and mutual respect.
