Columbo: Varun Chakravarthy returns to finish his spell. David Miller sweeps one towards cover for a single. Tristan Stubbs then goes big, smashing a huge six, before nudging the next ball to long-on for another run. Miller looks to clear the ropes but holes out instead -- caught by Tilak Varma. Miller departs after a fine 63 off 35 balls.

Marco Jansen walks in at No. 7. He defends the final two deliveries of the over. Eight runs and a wicket come from it.

Washington Sundar was brought back into the attack, but the South African batters played him safely, nudging the ball around for singles. The over produced six singles as South Africa moved to 134/4 after 14 overs.

Tristan Stubbs immediately found a gap for a quick single, before David Miller sliced a boundary past third man. Miller followed it with a single to keep the strike rotating. Stubbs then attempted to drive straight back, but Hardik reacted quickly, sticking out his right hand to stop the ball. Stubbs later punched one wide of long-off for a couple, and another two runs came off the final delivery. 

Shivam Dube continues the attack. Dewald Brevis goes big straightaway, launching a towering six. Washington Sundar was stationed near the ropes and for a moment Brevis had his heart in his mouth but the ball just cleared the boundary. 

Dube gets his revenge soon after. Brevis goes aerial again and this time Abhishek Sharma makes no mistake at deep midwicket, completing a comfortable catch. Brevis departs for 45 off 29 balls, giving India a much-needed breakthrough.

Tristan Stubbs walked in to join David Miller at the crease. hivam Dube, however, overstepped again and the umpire signalled a no-ball. Miller made full use of the free hit, launching the ball for a towering six.

The South African left-hander kept the pressure on India, punching the next delivery straight down the ground to long-off and bringing up a blazing half-century off just 27 balls.

Stubbs got off the mark with a single as South Africa continued to build momentum.

Hardik Pandya replaces Arshdeep Singh. Brevis steps back and drives towards long-on for a single. Miller plays towards extra cover but finds no run. He nudges the next towards long-off for a single -- Rinku Singh does the fielding. Short ball -- Brevis goes for the pull but misses. He works the next towards long-on for a single. Just 4 runs from the over. After 8 overs, South Africa are 56/3. 

Varun Chakravarthy is back into the attack. Miller cuts straight to the fielder at cover. Next ball -- huge six over long-on! He follows it with a single. Brevis now drills a boundary, superb placement. Momentum shifting towards South Africa -- pressure on Varun. Another six! The 50-run partnership comes up between Brevis and Miller.
