Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Tuesday directed officials to expedite land acquisition for the musi project and emphasized the need to formulate a clear policy on land pooling.
He instructed them to establish specific guidelines for acquiring lands falling under Full Tank Level (FTL), buffer zones, and assigned land categories, ensuring that legal complications are avoided.
He also ordered that tenders for Phase 2 of the Musi Project be invited as soon as possible. Reddy stated that municipal commissioners should focus on securing low-interest loans for these projects.
He directed that weekly reviews be held regarding Transferable Development Rights (TDR).
He ordered the immediate invitation of tenders for the Manchirevula Omkareshwara Swamy Temple and instructed officials to give greater publicity to the Kotwalguda Bird Park.
The review meeting, held today (Tuesday) at the Bodhi Pavilion of the MCRHRD Institute, was attended by CM's Secretary Manik Raj, HMDA Commissioner Sarfaraz Ahmed, GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan, Malkajgiri Municipal Commissioner Vinay Krishna Reddy, Cyberabad Commissioner Srujana, Ranga Reddy District Collector Narayana Reddy, Medchal Collector Manu Chowdary, MRDCL MD E.V. Narasimha Reddy, MRDCL JMD Gautami, and other senior officials.
