PV Sindhu Praises Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Magic Drains’ Initiative in Andhra Pradesh

Vijayawada : Badminton star PV Sindhu has praised Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan for launching the 'Magic Drains' programme in Andhra Pradesh.

Badminton star PV Sindhu has praised Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan for launching the 'Magic Drains' programme in Andhra Pradesh. 

She highlighted the scheme’s aim to create a hygienic environment in villages and shared a video message on social media. Sindhu explained that many villages suffer from poor drainage systems, and commended Pawan Kalyan for introducing the innovative 'Magic Drains' to tackle open sewage canals.

She described the system as facilitating water filtration, helping to replenish groundwater and preventing sewage from overflowing onto roads. 

Sindhu further noted that the system allows sewage to seep into the ground within the canal, eliminating foul odours. She concluded by hoping that more such programmes would be introduced across the state. The Deputy Chief Minister’s office responded with gratitude for her valuable insights.
